We do this by training our own clients. Most them are non-technical people. That suits us because we come from direct marketing and engineering backgrounds, so we reduce all the technical jargon to words of one syllable wherever we can.

We present a 3.5 hour Finding Clients Workshop in which we merge traditional direct marketing techniques with the networking of the Web, and you can see what magic you can weave in your own arena. This is not free, but we operate on a very simple basis: if you’re not happy we refund you in full. This applies to every aspect of our business, and is the way we have operated since 1995.

This material is also on the professionally recorded Finding Clients DVD. This will be available on 15 December 2008. It is a complete recording of one of the live workshops.

It’s been our experience that the more our clients understand about what’s available, and how effectively they can use open source products to reach out to leads, prospects, and clients - the more excited they get. (We’re small business owners ourselves, and we rather like the excitement!)

We manage Complete Relationship Campaigns for our clients who understand the process and the benefits of building relationships with their own clients, but prefer to outsource the effort and time. We don’t just do newsletters for them, just regular mass personal communications.

Our primary focus, in all our products and efforts, is to help you add more value to more clients more profitably, with less effort. We find that works so much better if we keep it really simple.
